Blacklisted Workers

We are seeing a number disturbing of videos being circulated on social media , depicting disturbing images of children and small as infants and toddles being brutally abused by Nannies , Child Minders and Domestics , The most disturbing issue is that these same workers flea and seek employment else where and commit the same crime , We have created this platform for employers who have experienced such abuse of their children or any theft or any criminal activity by their home employee to list such employees so we stop these crimes and ensure that the public is aware of such their criminal activities , We encourage employers to reports such cases to the police and include the Police case number when listing . The agency will validate the case number and list them on this platform ,This is our way to play our small role in protecting our children and fighting crime we invite the public to list these employees , with their pictures , videos if any , case number and the Police contacts so we can report them should they have fled.

The media is reporting that crime by home employees (Domestic Workers, Nannies, Au Pair, Care Workers , Gardner etc) is on the rise , In a publication by News24 and OLNEWS ( 23 August ) It was reported.

Alan Carey, operations director of Justicia Investigations, said crimes investigated by Justicia covered a wide range, including theft of money or jewellery and staged break-ins to more sophisticated crimes such as passing on information taken from bank statements and financial documents to syndicates.

It was further reported ( 26 July ) by Heraut Newspaper A domestic worker and gardener were conned by four armed robbers on July 19 at a residence in Jordaan Park when they convinced the domestic worker that they were sent to do “a job” at the house. At first the domestic told the men that the homeowner did not inform her of any workers that would show up that day, but they faked a phone call to “their manager” which convinced her.

Criminal Activities by Home Employees can be prevented by ensuring you use the licenced agency to source employees or validate documents with Home Affairs and the police , Take Head and Shoulder Picture of Employee and a Full Body Picture for Record Keeping
